If an SME employer changes their name from, for example, Vision to Vizion Services and the ACT code hasn't changed, the employer contributions have been (or will be) collected (up to the final 20% payment), do we need to create a new ERN or would everything stay the same with just a file note in the evidence pack? Would a new employment status be required where nothing has changed but the name of the company?
