P356 The evidence pack must include records and evidence of completion. This must be available within three months of you reporting it in the ILR. Evidence of completion would include:
P356.1 confirmation that the employer has been informed, as part of their contract, of their obligations around arranging end-point assessment;
P356.2 signed statement by employer and provider that the apprentice meets the gateway requirements and is ready to undertake end-point assessment;
P356.3 signed statement by employer and provider that the apprentice is still employed until the end-point assessment is completed;
P356.4 a copy of the contract between the Provider and the EPAO for the apprentice’s end-point assessment; and
P356.5 evidence of payments made to the end-point assessment organisation for conducting the end-point assessment.
Hello Martin, thanks for this. Some of our apprentices complete their end point assessment, and then a final exam afterwards. Once they've passed this exam, we can apply for their certificate. Based off your answer, should we be able to claim after their end point assessment?
Sorry Jumping in again.
What evidence do we need from the EPAO to be able to change the ILR Programme to 2/1 for example and complete the "achievement date" I understand it say in the Evidence Pack that we need evidence of completion. This must be available within three months of you reporting it in the ILR. Does the Date on the Achievement Date need to be when you have received confirmation of completing EPA what ever the result or can you just put in a date and hope you get evidence with 3 months? Or can it be the Date that you have booked the EPA and if so what would the evidence need to be
The EPAO will inform you of the outcome of the EPA and the EPA completion date which you enter in the ILR as the Achievement Date, you should contact them if you do not know the process.
The evidence you are required to hold as evidence is:
End-point assessment

Evidence of Achievement?
Created
When do you mark a student as achieved? I have taken my role over from someone else, and when I learnt about achievements, I was told we needed to have the certificate as evidence that a student had achieved, and could update the ILR data accordingly (such as the 8 'not known' to 1 'achieved' for framework apprentices) to the date the certificate was produced.
Do we have to have this certificate as evidence of achievement, or can an achievement be confirmed via a certificate claim? I am doubting myself and wanted to check
Thank you
