We are a levy paying organisation based in Wales. We have two colleagues that are resident fulltime in England and work in England for 80% of their working time. Please advise if they would be eligible for apprenticeship funding?

Short answer is yes, the 80% working in England is the only bit that matters.
Thank you Steve for the reply. Our organisation operates mainly in Wales would this matter? I am reading the funding rules as it is the % of the physical time spent working in England not the where the "work output" is?
