CDF Industry Placements 2020/21

I'm just reading the guidance at Industry placements: capacity and delivery fund (CDF) for providers delivering in 2020 to 2021 academic year - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk) and there's a sentence... "Those students that were on an industry placement in the 2019 to 2020 academic year that are yet to be completed can continue the aims recorded in 2019 to 2020 academic year into 2020 to 2021 academic year, however providers are not able to record any new students on the old aim." - what exactly is meant by "providers are not able to record any new students on the old aim" - I'm thinking that means you can't use the old  aim code ZWRK002 for starts in 20/21 but that can't be right?

Looks valid to me (also, what a delight this learning aim title is!):

Industry placement (315+ hours, aged 16 – 18, level 2 or 3 with a vocational or technical core aim, occupationally specific, must be studying towards a type of qualification that may align to T levels in future and includes an external work placement) (fasst.org.uk)

And that para just makes no sense in context of the rest of the piece? All I can *think* they mean is you can't backdate start dates into 19/20? but also who knows...
