I have a learner who should have completed their previous level 3 with another provider, including the EPA, late last year but due to COVID the EPA was delayed until this month (January). This month they were due to commence their level 5 with us.
Assuming they cannot have 2 programmes running at the same time, should there be any break between the end date of one programme and the start of the next or can they be on consecutive days?
