Employer-Provider Co-Investment

Created

None

So we are a Non-Levy training provider.  We have recently taken on our first apprentice since not subcontracting for our non-levy employers.  Therefore, we are now an employer-provider for our new apprentice.

How does the co-investment work in this scenario.  Do we end up paying ourselves the 5%?

Use LDM code 356. This flags it as your own staff and you don't need to pay co-investment.

Be mindful that you should only claim for costs of the apprenticeship and not make profit for delivering to your own staff.

Hello Matt thanks for your response.  Where did you find that information?
