I have been having the same issue for three weeks and have been on the phone all morning with them. One issue is the software seems to be having an issue recording them. So unfortunately i had to unistall and install which meant loosing the new data as when exporting the new people added were not there and now I am checking after each person. One issue i noticed was the ILR tool was not generating the correct learner reference so this was an issue why it was not exporting. It is definitely their software. Its not an issue relating to the old software as I have downloaded the new one multiple times and it kept happening either way

ILR Tools(LET)- Advance Learning Loans

Is anyone having the same issue as us?
We use the ESFA ILR tools for submission but learners do not appear to be registering as Loans Learners despite choosing the loans options and following all the requirements of the ILR specification. We choose the loans tick box but realise once you reopen the saved file that the tick boxes are not registering.
I have also noticed that there is not much guidance on Advance Learning Loans compared to others as seen here - ESFA - Online Documentation (fasst.org.uk)
