16-18 Traineeship - progression query

Created

Morning,

We have an EFA funded 16-18 Traineeship learner who enrolled on 12.11.20 and last attendance was 23.11.20, they completed 12 hours so I have updated the learning hours field to this instead of the amount planned for the whole Traineeship. They progressed into employment so I have coded the programme aim as achieved and added the Destination & Progression record to show employment.

Upon uploading the ILR file, the 'Funding by Student' report shows them as not qualifying for funding and £0, I don't expect much funding obviously but I thought they should show as funded/retained seeing as they progressed? Am I missing something on the ILR?

Thanks

Steve

My suspicion is it's because Study Progs have to be at least a fortnight to be fundable? Para 93, 20/21 V1.1 Guidance.

Hi Steve,

I believe Study programmes have to be a minimum of 14 days in duration to qualify for funding.

Hi Phil,

I thought that might be it but had a feeling that if a learner achieved the Traineeship (successful progression) that the 14 day duration didn't need to be met?
