Just a quick question, have a few learners requiring a BIL however PED date has passed- what do i do with the ILR, can i still pause ?
I've had this query sat with the helpdesk for the last 20 days and I keep getting "we are dealing with your query and another 5 days grace is given"... Anyone help on this query ?
