Hi Lynne, just saw your post I also asked a question around the 70 hours as the framework for delivery suggest that the agreed work placement hours has to be completed, page 56, paragraph 3, I have copied & pasted it below, its not very clear this guidance
Subject to Paragraphs 4 - 6, an Employer may make a claim for the Employer Incentive Payment in respect of each Learner that meets the criteria as set out in Paragraph 2 and has completed the agreed work placement hours.

According to the guidance the employer is eligible for the incentive if the minimum 70 hours have been delivered between 1/9/20 and 31/7/21. If the work placement started in August 20, but a further 70 hours have been delivered after 1/9/2020, will the employer still be eligible?
