If a learner withdraws from their Apprenticeship and was completing Functional Skills how many hours learning do they need to have completed in order for us to make a funding claim for the FS aim? The guidance says a significant amount, but what qualifies as a significant amount? If GLH is 55, is 20 hours of learning significant?

As long as the Apprentice has completed the 42 day qualifying period then there is no other requirement for claiming funding for FS even if the learner withdraws.
