Wrong Planned End Date/Funding Adjustment for Prior Learning

If was due to an administrative error the planned end date may be changed as long as the start date is in the current year. You never use funding adjustment on FM 36 Programme aims, I think the PSM section was related to AEB funded aims and not Apprenticeship programmes.

If I'm changing the planned end date on the ILR, do I need to make sure the planned end date on DAS changes as well? As things stand, if I correct the ILR, the DAS date will be earlier

So, it was not only entered due to an administrative error on the ILR but also on DAS, what about the Apprenticeship Agreement and commitment statement?

The end date on DAS is not used by the funding calculations but it would be better to revise it to what was agreed with the employer and recorded on the ILR.

The paperwork at least is correct!

Would you be able to just clarify on the above.  If an apprentice started in a previous funding year and it has now been identified that the planned duration of the programme was incorrect, can this be amended as Claire says above by withdrawing on 1st August 2020 and re-starting on 2nd August 2020, and should the prior learning adjustment be entered?

No you cannot change the planned end date just because you have now found it incorrect and you do not use the funding adjustment on Programme aims for Apprenticeships

How can I correct this?  The apprentice is working 21 hrs/week and the programme duration for a full-time is 52 weeks, the duration wasn't extended to reflect this therefore would the learner be non-compliant if they achieve in less than 74.3 weeks (30/12 x 52)?

As you cannot change the planned end date on the ILR you would note the issue on the commitment statement only and agree with the employer the revised planned duration as the apprentice is working only part time hours.
