Co-invest Refund - less than 6 Months to PED
Created
None
An employer has insisted on a partial refund of their co-investment after making their apprentice redundant. This is within 6 months of the PED but the Apprentice is struggling to find a new employer. Would we still qualify for a completion payment if we're unable to collect the remainder? I emailed the helpdesk on 8th January and chased but not had a response.
TIA

Yes, because it will be 5% of the funding relating to the employment. When a learner is finishing off and not employed, all that funding comes from the central ESFA pot so is funded at 100%, not 95%, so no contribution is required.
