Apologies if this has already been answered.
We have been approached by an employer who has a learner that was originally on a framework apprenticeship. They have now parted company with the first provider and have asked if there is any chance we could continue with the framework apprenticeship.
There is a gap in the training and I believe the first provider has coded them as withdrawn in the ILR in the previous year. The learner has all their portfolio evidence and we have calculated that they would only need a couple of months training with ourselves and they would be completed.
Could this be coded as a restart and could we continue with the framework or do they have to be started again on a standard. I think I know the answer already, but hoping I'm wrong!
