Functional Skills Completion Payment

Hi just wondering if anyone can help me, I have completed a few functional skills aims on my ILR, however when I run the file through the FIS and Submit learners data the reports are showing £0.00 for these newly completed aims.
I’m getting no errors from either so wondering if I have done something wrong. Has anyone had the same issue, any advice?
The completion date is passed the learners expected end date, could this be the reason?

What funding model please? There is no completion payment for FS on Apps, it's 100% on-prog. Would be more surprised if it's AEB where there should be an Achievement Payment, even past their PED.
