FRM06 Continuance Issues

Good morning. I did not notice the FRM report as we were late in submitting this month but it does appear to have not picked up the original learning start date on those that had returned from a break in learning even though the data was in the submission. Consequently I have 19 FRM06 Continuance Issues. I have reported the FRM06 errors to the help desk. Has anyone had a response following the R06 closure of what action to take?

Records are matched between R14 and the current period using aim reference and start date.

I have checked back on the records and can the original start date in

on 2019/0 R12 the 19 learners were on a break

on 2020/1 R1 they were still on a break

on 2019/0 Produced in Oct 2020 R14 they are showing as returned

on 2020/1 R2 they had returned

I am not sure I am understanding the issue.

R14 should have shown the position up to 31/07/2020, this would be the same as R12. R01 (your carry over) should have shown them on a break. What dates have been used?

We appear to have had a software issue which added the 2020/1 aims to the 2019/0 R14 file....
