Hi
I wondered if there are any rules saying that the person who represents the training provider and completes the apprentice/employers 6 weekly reviews must be the lead tutor or could be an assessor or can be a member of the management team?
I am trying to enquire that the person who completes the review must have an official qualification? We are looking to grow our delivery team and this is a question I would like to have answered before we consider how we move forward.

As far as I know the rules only require tripartite reviews, you will have to identify the purpose of your 6 weekly reviews.
