Craig Roper Thanks for raising this. The data collections team looked into this and unfortunately the Effective To date for LDM 357 was incorrect in the system which was causing the validation rule to trigger for valid data. The problem had been caused by our latest release. This has now been corrected so any further submissions will be fine.

Error - FAM type and code

Hi, wondering if anyone can help me. i have just gone to upload my R07 ILR file and the FAM type and code error has popped up against a load of my learners. Does anyone know if this is a know error or have I totally missed something?
Rule Name: LearnDelFAMType_06
Field Values: LearnStartDate=09/10/2020|LearnDelFAMType=LDM|LearnDelFAMCode=357|
Error Message: The FAM type and code is not valid for this Learning start date
I seem to remember this error popping up back in August then a few days later the error was gone when trying to upload. - i have the latest FIS and no errors when running it through that.
