Redundancy support

Hi,

We have an apprentice that is potentially going to be made redundant end of march. They only have 3 months left on program and are around 80% but are moving back to Scotland and will be looking for work in Scotland. Would this make them ineligible for the EFSA support ?

Any advice will be great

If you can complete the Apprenticeship you can under the redundancy criteria and they would be eligible as they would have completed over 50% of the Apprenticeship working in England.
