Amending TNP Records After Programme Completion

Can anyone please advise how we would go about changing a TNP price after completion - is this allowed?
We have a few early completions and due to this their training monitoring costs were not as high as expected therefore the TNP prices will need to be reduced (in some cases quite drastically).
Are we allowed to change the TNP price at the completion date or after at all? I can't find any guidance that relates to this and early completions.
