Apprenticeship Service - Access Denied

Ok glad its not just me, thought my employer was trying to tell me something.

Yes, we've logged a call but heard nothing back yet

Not just you. We, and others on the JISC mailing list are encountering the same.

Glad its not just us then, we did wonder had our employer changed our permissions

We flagged this with colleagues in the Apprenticeship Service. They have now resolved the issue causing this and so you should be able to access the Manage Apprenticeships service again. 

If you are still experiencing difficulties please contact the apprenticeship support team on 08000 150600 or by email at helpdesk@manage-apprenticeships.service.gov.uk They will continue to monitor feedback on this topic, so please do let us know if you are now able to access the service as well.

I have had this for a couple of weeks now, still not resolved and now with Specialist Team. It applies to an employer too.  Rather frustrating

Issue still occurs.
