We have a couple of learners past their planned end date (12 month programme) for one reason or another, should they continue to do 20% OTJ hours past the 12 month point? I can't find anywhere where it is definitively stated. Thanks for your help.

Had this confirmed a while back (but, you're right, it's not in the Rules), that the requirement for 20% OTJ only goes to the PED, although I'd be very surprised if they don't need some more OTJ to get them finished, even if it's not at 20%!
