Actual Off-the-job Hours

Can anyone help or is anyone having the same issue, I have tried to do an upload this morning and I am getting this error - yet the file is the same as what I would normally upload?

Before I tried to upload this file, I uploaded another file that threw back errors for missing the Actual Off the Job Hours - so I have inputted the missing Actual OTJH and exported a new xml file this is the error that I now get....is this something to do with adding the Actual OTJH?

Is anyone else having this problem and what have you done to rectify it?

Any help would be most appreciated?

If you are using the ILR entry tool this will be an issue if you are not using the latest release (version2021.6).

Hi Martin, yes it is the ILR data entry tool.

I will download the version that you have stated above - thank you for your reply. :)

Hi Anna

I'm guessing/hoping you're using the Learner Entry Tool? This was reported as a Known Issue last week:

https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/set-up-your-ilr-and-collect-data-with-the-learner-entry-tool

and is, apparently, fixed in v2021.6, so go and get the new LET and it should sort it!
