EEA Residency Query

Created

We are looking to enrol an apprentice who is a UK citizen but is currently living in France.  He works more than 50% of his time in England and he meets the criteria to be ordinarily resident in EEA for 3 years but his home postcode is not a valid format for the ILR.  Can anyone advise?

Thanks

Just use ZZ99 9ZZ for the postcode (and put the French postcode in one of the Address fields). Had this many years ago with a learner who used to commute to London from Lille!

Use the Address they will be resident in England where they will reside, the home postcode as Steve has said can be recorded as ZZ99 9ZZ.

That's great, thanks very much for the advice.
