Can I ask what people are collecting to evidence eligibility. ie, would you take copies of a passport/visa etc or just there numbers or would you just be able to make a note that you have seen the documents?
Same question for the verification or the LRS

HI Jaci its not advisable to take copies of ID for GDPR reason. We just mark down and reference what we have seen.
Our learners sign a copy of their PLR upon enrolment if they agree with it and there arent any other outstanding quals.
