Hi everyone,
In case anyone has been experiencing difficulties with their ILR submissions for Return Period 7 (R07). The system is currently down and has an issue with their VPN.
The ESFA have said that this problem has been about for 5 days now and they are currently working on trying to resolve it.
I am going to have another go at submitting on Monday!

Is this on the Submit Learner Data page? Mine seems to be working okay?
I have been trying for two days to submit an ILR and having the same problems, checked this morning and nothing has changed it still stays on the upload file page.
Fingers crossed fix soon! I really want my ILR in :)
