Our procured non-levy apprenticeship contract has been updated, and clause 2.6 has been amended to the below. I assume this is due to all new non-levy apprentices needing to be on the DAS after the 1st April 2021, otherwise we will receive no funding for them? Just wanted to double check before we sign!
Amend Clause 2.6 as follows: 2.6 The Contractor must not recruit any new Apprentices onto any Apprenticeship after 31 March 2021. The ESFA is not responsible and will not assume responsibility for any Apprentice recruited after 31 March 2021. For the avoidance of doubt, the Apprenticeship Funding in Appendix 1 must not be used to Fund Apprentices recruited after 31 March 2021.
