EPA cost change

Hi All,

Our EPAO reduced  EPA cost for all learners from 01/03/2021. So as I understand I need to amend their TNP 2 in ILR. Does it also mean that DAS has to be amended for all learners and signed off by employer again or will this be done automatically? 

And what about Co-investment for Non-Levy learners? Our employers pay 5% co-investment in full at the beginning of the programme. So we will need to refund the difference and record PMR 3? Is that correct?

Hello - can I ask as a follow up - from this reply can I clarify - if funding is £10,000 and EPA originally £1,000 and then EPA changes to £900 - are we not able to claim the full £10,000 funding? Does this change the overall funding to £9,900.

Any direction on EPA cost changes would be really helpful.

You should ask yourself why you would not pass the price reduction from the EPAO on to the customer.

Your training costs have been agreed at £9,000 and the new EPA costs are £900 so the total negotiated cost is now £9,900.
