I'm not sure if this is the right place for this question but struggling to find answers on the .gov website.
We've not submitted a return for workforce data before and now I see it is mandatory. I have gone through the spec for the data but can't find how to submit or where?
Any help gratefully recieved.

It is not mandatory until 2021/22, I expect guidance will follow.
