1. Yes, 20/21. Hybrid End Year is the latest of AchDate, PlannedEndDate and ActualEndDate (and Reported year, but don't worry about that too much).
2. Nope. ESFA have not confirmed if the dropping of published institutional level QARs for 20/21 means we're getting NOTHING for a second year in a row, but it seems likely. Usually we get data to check after R10 and R12 but if they're not being published like last year then we won't...

Achievement rates
Edited
We do not have a management system so we manually work out all the different variables of our achievement rates - we only have 30 learners so not that bad, however I have a 2 probably daft questions that I would really like help with.
1 . 2 of our apprentices, both on standards, finished their learning at the end of July 20, but completed their EPA in September 20 does their overall achievement fall into 19-20 achievement figures or 20-21. I think 20-21 but have now doubted myself because we now report the end of practical period date, could any one clarify?
2 . Is there anywhere I can check that my manual calculations are correct against ESFA / OFSTED formal figures?
Apologies for the basic questions any help gratefully received.
Thank you
