Phase 1 incentive claims deadline extension

Now that the phase 1 incentive deadline for employers has been extended from 30th April to 31st May does this mean that providers now have longer to submit their data? We have been working towards the R08 deadline to ensure that all starts, where the employer wishes to claim the incentive, were submitted to then enable to employer to meet the April deadline. If this has now been extended to 31st May is there the possibility that providers can submit late notified starts in R09 with no impact on the employers claim? Thanks

The revised application window for the incentive is 90 days after the learner started and you should have all starts that apply on the ILR prior to the 90 days.
