You can deliver over a longer period than the 12 months minimum where required, you should use initial assessment to determine how long delivery is needed for each individual apprentice. Funding will be drawn down over the duration of training.

So, yes, if you agree £4,500 the learner will generate (4500*0.8/15=) £240 per month on-prog over 15 months rather than (4500*0.8/12=) £300 per month over 12 months.

NB, it's divided by number of planned months where the collection date (last day of month) is in the planned training period.

Eg 1 : learner starts 1 Jan 2021 with planned end date of 31 March 2022 = 15 collection dates, so £240 per month for 15 months.

Eg 1 : learner starts 1 Jan 2021 with planned end date of 30 March 2022 = 14 collection dates, so £257.14 per month for 14 months.
