We have an employer who has had a member of staff on a temporary contract but with the kick start scheme they wish to employ them on a permanent basis as an apprentice. 

Will this employer qualify for the kick start grant?

The Kickstart Scheme provides funding to create new job placements for 16 to 24 year olds on Universal Credit who are at risk of long term unemployment.
