I have received conflicting information from the helpdesk about this issue.
I was under the understanding that the second employer would Not be entitled to any payments if the first employer had received the first 90day incentive.
I am waiting for a reply and will let you know once received.

Hello all,
I think I already know the answer to this.
An apprentice started with employer 1 in October 2020. The first employer has already claimed the COVID Incentive Payment part 1. The apprentice is now looking to move to employer 2 using funding rule 276.
Am I right in thinking that employer 2 would then not be entitled to the COVID Incentive Payment or would they still be entitled to COVID Incentive Payment part 2 (paid at 365 days?)
