Recording completion of learning activities

What is the error?

It is only for Apprenticeship Standards where you do not update the completion status (remains at 1 until the EPA is completed), for all other funding streams you update the completion status to 2 when learning/training has ended.

It is for an apprenticeship standard.  I am leaving the comp status as 1, dating the actual end date and changing the outcome to 8.  The error I get is that the learning actual end date must not be returned for this completion status.  I am sure it will be something really simple but am at a loss!

It's the outcome that's the problem! You just leave it blank when the completion status is 1.

(although, having said that, you can 2&8 the component aims as, kind of by definition, they must have completed learning on them if they've gone to Gateway)

Thanks - I was worried that I wasn't doing something that I should have been doing but it seems that I was trying to do something that I didn't need to!

You can only return this for the Programme aim any component aims must have completion status 2.
