AEB reconciliation for Community Learning providers

Hi
When reconciling AEB (now set at 90%) is the whole of the AEB allocation taken into consideration inc. Community Learning or is it just the Adult Skills element?
e.g. If our AEB allocation is £900,000 or which £800,000 is CL and £100,000 is Adult Skills.
Will reconciliation be at 90% of the £100,000 or 90% of £900,000.
If we claim the £800,000 CL plus £50,000 of the £100,000 Adult Skills making it £850,000 will we have achieved 94% (£850k/£900k) or 50% (£50k/£100k).
Or is it something else!

94%, CL is an intrinsic part of your AEB allocation, in the same way Learning Support is.
