I have raised a ticket with the helpdesk but as yet no response so i wondered if anyone could help.
I have learners appearing on my D-lock reports with DLOCK_2 yet the learners are on the digital account, i can see them in my cohort (provider login) and the ULN's do match our ILR return.
Can anyone help please?

DLOCK_02s usually appear where learners aren't fully approved? So, if they're in your account with ULNs added it's normally that that causes the DLOCK, not the lack of ULNs.
Hi We are a new provider and have had the same issue, they look fully approved on the employer and training provider side of the apprenticeship service, could it be if the employer did the approval just after the final ILR was uploaded?
