Community Learning FIS Error Planned PlanLearnHours_01

The FIS error below has bee n thrown out by our MIS, but just for one learner.
I can't see anything different against this learner's aim when compared with all the other learners on this particular course. Is anyone able to help? Thank you in advance.

The planned learning hours (PlanLearnHours) are recorded on the learner record not the aim.
Thanks Martin, apologies. I have looked at the learner record, but can't see where else i need to put in a start date - she has start date for the course on the enrols tab, same as everyone else. What am I missing here?
If you are using the LET then the field is on the learner Information – Funding and Monitoring TAB, you need to make an entry in the Planned learning hours field.
If not then it should be in a similar place on your MI system.
Thanks Martin, I am using learnertrack , its not on our FAM tab, so I have gone back to them to see if they can help, unless there are any learntrack users that can help?
