The support team have had a number of queries today about remittances that will credit academy bank accounts on Monday 12 April. Remittance advice notes have been redesigned to reflect changes to the Department’s Corporate Systems.
A description field on the remittance lists ‘Default’, where this should read ‘Pupil Premium’. The Financial Operations Team are arranging for a duplicate remittance with the accurate description to be issued overnight. We apologise for the confusion caused.
