Help needed - Apprentice turned 19yrs while sorting DAS out

Please can someone advise on this or let me know who I can raise it with - I've also now realised that they will miss out on the £1000 incentive for employing a 16-18 yr old - we've had a new apprentice start on 27/1/21 and when the enrolment was received by the data team, it was missing some required information. Once this information was gained it has meant we've missed the window to use her reserved funds for February and she has now turned 19 years 6/2/20 but she was employed when she was 18 years and completed initial assessment, enrolment and did commence with one the NVQ units on 27/1/21. What can be done about this as the employer will now expected to make a contribution and it doesn't seem right. MTIA
