EPA Completed After R04 - Impact on QAR

Hi all - Would be super helpful if MIS experts could review the scenario below and provide feedback.
We have a learner expected to end an Apprenticeship standard on 31/07/2021. Their training period is successfully completed on 10/07/2021 but we are waiting EPA. We update the ILR record to 'completion status - 1 - continuing' 'outcome - 8 - Learning activities are complete but the outcome is not yet known' - the actual end date is 10/07/2021. The achievement date is blank.
The learner now doesn't complete their EPA by 31/07/2021 - they actually complete and pass on 31/12/2021. We update the record to 'completion status - 2- completed ' 'outcome -1 - achieved' - the actual end date is 10/07/2021. The achievement date is 31/12/2021.
Am I correct in thinking as the achievement date is 31/12/2021 - this falls within the 2021/22 academic year, and will appear in the QAR 21/22 as a positive outcome?

Yes, that's bang on, any AchDates after 31/7/21 will pull the learners into Hybrid End Year 21/22 (and, where the outcome is "achieved" they'll be a positive!).
