Hi

I keep getting the same error message for an apprentice we have record as withdrawn due to redundancy. The error is below - can anyone provide guidance on how I can correct this error please?:

FundModel=36|ProgType=25|CompStatus=3|LearnStartDate=23/09/2019|AchDate=08/06/2020| The completion status has not been returned

Why have you an Achievement date if they have withdrawn it should be Act end date?

Thank you for your advice. I added an achievement date because when I tried with just an Act end date I got the following:

CompStatus=3|LearnDelFAMType=ACT|LearnDelFAMDateTo=|AchDate=|LearnActEndDate=01/06/2020| The achievement date is not known, therefore the Date applies to record must be the same as the Learning actual end date.
