Functional Skills English Partial Exemption
Created
None
HI All,
I hope someone can help.
If a learner has completed one element of Functional Skills English (Speaking and Listening) with a different provider doing another apprenticeship and then was withdrawn from the course before achieving the full qualification, do we need to do adjustment for prior learning (33%) for English functional skills based on the notification of performance provided? Or we can claim the full amount of funding? We will use the Speaking and Listening as APL and the learner will sit Writing and Reading exams.
Thank you!

A funding adjustment is not required for FS aims excepting where the learner restarts learning with the same provider.
