Chartered Manager Level 6 Standard delivery question

Created

2 questions here really on which I'd appreciate thoughts/guidance. We are a private sector RoATP Main Provider, we havent delivered at Level 6 or 7 (Chartered Manager/Senior Leader degree apps courses) we are a CMI Approved centre for TLS (L3) and ODM (L5) and we have our own content/curriculmn etc for those whihc we deliever via a blended methodology; but one of our longstanding clients (we dont just deliver Apprenticeships) has just 2 individuals looking at Level 6 Chartered Manager Degree qualification via the Apprenticeship & levy funded route; am I right in thinking that in order to lead or deliver this we would need to partner an HEI ?

Secondly, and we are not precious about this, would it not be more efficient for us to signpost our client to go direct to an HEI for this delivery, not withstanding any comercial gain/loss to us but for 2 individuals thats probably not that relevant anyway given the investment we would need to make to build content/curriculmn etc?

So, as they're a long-term client who I assume you're delivering some other L3 and 5 Apps for, then subbing out most of, or even the entirety of these two learners' programmes wouldn't be against the rules (because you are delivering more than a token amount of the employer's whole piece of work with you) but, given all the hoops you need to jump through to set up a sub-contracting arrangement, it's almost certainly less hassle for everyone involved if you just politely direct them to the nearest HEI that offers it!

Thanks Steve; that seems to make sense as we have other areas we would like to develop rather than the Degree offer whihc is better served by HEI.
