We have a number of paper based learner portfolio's that have been returned to us by CMI who have completed their processes, and the learner's have completed their EPA's and been completed on our Maytas system. Does anyone know how long we have to hold onto the portfolio's before we can give them back to the learners. Some of these are over 12 months.
