Hi,
I have a learner who was working with employer A for 25hrs p/w since she started the training.
The learner then changed the employer and now works for 30hrs p/w.
The learner has 3 months left to complete while with the new employer.
Do I need to reduce the duration and the OTJH? Can I do this if the planned end date is in the last academic year?

You cannot change the OTJ training hours on the ILR.
