Hi,
When I download the FIS it works only once and then doesn't run again. It loads up and lets me add an ILR file but then hangs/ freezes for 5 mins before I get an error to shut it down and reopen or I have to close it via task manager.
Has anyone else had this issue?

We are having a fair few problems with FIS at the moment, primarily around getting the SQL and/or Connection thread to work correctly with DSAT.
