Learning Support Funding

We have a learner that does not have an identified need for learning support and the support funding has not been claimed. The learner has struggled with maths throughout and is now out of funding. In this scenario would we now be able to claim LSF on the maths aim to support the learner to achieve?

Even though a support need may not have been identified at enrolment where it becomes evident later that support is needed then you can claim ALS even if this is after the planned end date.
