I have downloaded the LARS file and filtered category A (23) and then did a look up against the funding file, but they all seem to have a funding amount. What am I missing?

Am new to the world of adult learning

There are two sets of non-regulated codes used by the ESFA.

Categories A and B are Adult Skill formula funded and E, F and G are used for other provision which is not Adult skills formula funded or for Non funded provision.

So does that mean that all Non Regulated Provision Adult Skills formula funded (funding model 35) has a funding rate? None are zero rated?

Any zero rated provision would have to be E F or G.
