Hi, we have an apprentice at Gateway but his planned end date isn't until September 2021 (so the next academic year) are there any implications him completing and achieving in this academic year for our success rates?

Because Hybrid End Year is latest of Planned, Actual and AchDate, even if they do their EPA early (and so end up with an AchDate before 1 August), they won't count til next year.
You will get the completion payment this year though!
